I’m thinking a more direct name for the newsletter might help attract more people and grow our community.

I'm sure you'll keep that bar high with whatever you end up landing on
“Machine Learning for SWEs” is a more descriptive name, but Society’s Backend also has a nice ring to it. I feel like there is a lot of ML content out there, so having something that stands out is probably a good thing.
Having said that, I did vote for the ML for SWEs name, but I probably would’ve chosen something with a little more zing if it were an option.
Thanks for your content and the ML roadmap! I haven’t delved deep into it yet, but it’s very approachable and helps me feel like learning ML is attainable.
